The Bespoke Process
1. Share your ideas
Visit our showroom and meet with one of our bespoke engagement ring experts to let us know the type of ring you would like to create. Our expert will then show you sample rings from our collection as well as a range of diamonds based on the criteria you have discussed. Once you agree to a design, our experts will offer you a quote on your bespoke piece.
2. Your design coming to life
After settling a deposit fee, our team will start working on the fine details of your piece. This is a collaborative process between you and our expert To better illustrate your vision, we can provide CAD drawings, renderings and an actual wax module of the ring. Our experts will not proceed to production until you are completely satisfied with the results.
3. Receive your dream ring
Your bespoke ring design will be sent off to our expert craftsmen for completion. The crafting process may take around four to six weeks depending on your design. Once ready, we can deliver your item beautifully packaged right to your doorstep or you can collect it in-store.
