In general it takes 5-8+ weeks for us to manufacture a ring. The exact time depends on the ring design you go for. Some designs are more complicated than others and so take longer to manufacture.
The reason it takes us 5-8+ weeks to manufacture a ring is we manufacture and hand set our rings in London using the best craftsmen available. Ring crafting is a delicate process. At every stage of production we quality control the ring to ensure that everything is up to standard and if there is something that is found not to be it is redone. This process helps us make high quality rings but does make the process longer.
For postage within the UK we usually use Royal Mail special delivery. In general it is next day delivery. We post Monday through Friday except on Bank and National holidays.
For international postage we use Fedex/DHL and UPS. Postage time is 3-5 working days not including customs.
Customs in general take 1-2 working days if there are no delays on their end. If there are it can take 3-5+ days for them to release the package.
We cannot guarantee exactly how long an international post will take to get to you but in general 7-8 working days a good estimate.
1. Our Production team process your online or in-store order.
2. Your design is CAD and 3D modelled, and tweaked if necessary.
3. The design is cast in platinum or 18K gold of your choosing.
4. The ring mount is pieced together and prepared for setting.
5. The diamonds are securely set under microscope and the ring is refined.
6. The ring is independently hallmarked at the London Assay office.
7. A final polish gives the metal the perfect lustre
8. Our Production team scrutinise your ring with one last quality control check - and we’ll let you know your order is ready for delivery or collection
An in-store or online consultation is typically one hour. We book out one hour and fifteen minutes in our consultants' diaries to ensure you have plenty of time to discuss your ring.
There's no pressure to make your decision by the end of the consultation - we invite you to have some thinking time before confirming your order, or to come in for further consultations until you're sure.
Yes we have a minimum purchase amount of £1500 for any international order.
We have a 30 day return policy for online orders and none bespoke orders.
You have 30 days from when the ring is ready(not from the day you collect it or receive it) to return it to us in an unworn and undamaged state. Once we get it back within those 30 days in an unworn and undamaged condition we will issue you a full refund.
Please be aware that we cover the cost of postage of the item to you but we do not cover the cost of having the item posted back to us unless there is a manufacturing flaw in the item.
We can keep your order with us for upto 90 days from when it is ready as long as all the balance for the order has been cleared and you have given us in writing a request to keep your order with us. If after 90 days from when you order is ready the balance amount has not been paid and you have not collected your order we will put your order into stock and sell it to cover our costs in making the order. From that point on your order will no longer be your property and you will not be eligible for any compensation for your order.
A wedding band that is made to order in store or virtually as per your specification and finger size would be considered a bespoke order.
Yes absolutely. We love hearing about your bespoke ideas and always hope to be able to bring these to life with our customers. Feel free to book an appointment with us to further discuss the bespoke process.
In general it is a 50% deposit to start the order and the balance once the order is ready.
Please note: All of our bespoke pieces or quick turnaround orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
First step would be for you visit our showroom for an in store face to face with one of our sales associates or you schedule a virtual appointment in which we understand what you are looking to design.
Then starts the bespoke process.
This can vary depending on style, size and diamond/gemstone choice. However, we remain true to our brand promise to deliver honest prices to our customers whilst sourcing best quality products. We are also more than happy to aim to work within a particular given budget.
The quality of diamonds we use would depend on what you are getting made by us. In general for accent diamonds we would use F-G VS quality diamonds.
Depending on the ring we use 950 Platinum, recycled 18k yellow, rose or white gold.
Our gemstones are all natural unless specifically request by a customer to be lab grown.
Inclusions are elements or characteristics that become part of diamonds/gemstones during the natural formation process and are part of what make every gemstone unique. Depending on the type of gemstone they manifest differently, for example emerald inclusions will have more of a spiderweb appearance whereas ruby inclusions often appear cloudy. Inclusions are a natural part of all gemstones and even the best gemstones in the world will have some.
Lab diamonds are a human made alternative to traditionally earth mined diamonds, and are considered 100% real diamonds, identical to those found in nature. The natural growth of a diamond is simulated under lab conditions, using intense pressure and heat.
The only way a natural and lab grown diamond can be told apart is using sophisticated machines like DiamondSure and DiamondView, which uses UV radiation to essentially scan the diamond for tell tale signs it has been formed in a lab - traits the naked eye could not see
We only work with GIA certified diamonds, or IGI certified lab diamonds. Both IGI and GIA diamonds are engraved with a serial number that is only visible under magnification - this number will correlate to the certificate that comes with the diamond, in some cases those are a soft copy only.
The GIA is a non-profit organisation, regarded as the best, strictest diamond graders worldwide. This means you won’t overpay for a diamond that doesn’t live up to its standards, and will receive a detailed certificate outlining the diamond’s unique characteristics. We always recommend choosing GIA certified diamonds, if you’re planning on buying a natural diamond.
IGI are considered the best option for lab diamonds, as they provide a more in depth analysis and grading than the GIA currently offer. We advise choosing GIA or IGI for lab diamonds.
Yes we do! Currently we offer finance from SNAP finance. It is only available in store.
