Is your order a bespoke/modified order(have you made changes to a ring design which are not listed on our website, Eg- Claw setting, Shank design or width, diamond orientation, Number of diamonds, side stone size, colour or shape or any other modifications)*
Has your ring been resized or engraved?*
Have you requested a quick turnaround (under 6 weeks)*
Have you requested CADs/Renders as a part of your order? If so, as per our terms and conditions your refund will be processed less £300 for this service.*
Have you requested/been provided with wax resins? If so, as per our terms and conditions your refund will be processed less £200 for this service.*
Refunds will be issued to the payment method that was used to pay for the order. If this payment method is not valid anymore, please let us know and provide us with an alternative refund method (personal bank details). The alternative method would only be possible if the initial method is not valid anymore or otherwise agreed.
Alternative Payment Method
Refunds will be processed as per the terms and conditions of our website and once we receive the ring/jewellery piece back unworn and undamaged within 30 days of the order being marked ready, along with all paperwork/certificates provided with the order. Once a refund is processed it may take up to 14 working days for the funds to be paid back to the customer.
Returns of your order to us is done at your own expense. We do not cover postage fees or any other fees(such as international customs or duty taxes and fees) you may have paid.
